Based on the traditional Ashtanga sequence but with a creative twist, Rocket encourages you to move with your breath, explore playful transitions and challenge yourself with arm balances and inversions — always at your own pace.

Rachael is the studio owner and a teacher at The Attic Studio. Rachael comes from a teaching background having spent 18 years working as a primary school teacher before transitioning into a yoga teacher; combining teaching experience with her passion and love for yoga.
